NYのDRAWN IN BLOODの2作目となるEP。
The second EP from New York’s DRAWN IN BLOOD. The band is made up of veterans of numerous Long Island bands, with three of its four members having played in Stabbed alone. Their previous release delivered a classic strain of slamming death metal firmly rooted in TXDM. While this new EP continues along the same lines, with relentless brutality driven by abrupt, stop-start rhythmic shifts, the sound has become even more violent and primitive. Rather than presenting a polished, neatly structured version of “death metal,” they’ve embraced a raw, visceral production that gets straight to the essence of violence itself. With NYDM and Kansai hardcore-influenced sounds continuing to evolve, this release proves that uncompromising, authentic slam is pushing forward right alongside them.
